These expansions address the need to support different media types and configurations depending on the application and work environment.

The new 2-inch DH Series direct thermal printers, compatible with 6.5-inch OD rolls, allow the use of higher-capacity consumables, reducing the frequency of roll replacements. They are available in standard and healthcare versions, with an option of LED or LCD display.
The healthcare models incorporate features specific to the TH DH Series, such as disinfectant-resistant housings, surfaces designed for easy cleaning, and sealed button interfaces, adapted for clinical environments. These models are compatible with existing 2-inch DH Series accessories and support upgrade kits.
The printers include the Save Labels function, which automatically aligns the media with the starting print point. This feature eliminates the need for manual adjustments after installation and helps reduce label waste during commissioning.

HF RFID Integration:
The DH Series 2-inch printers with 6.5-inch OD roll compatibility can incorporate HF RFID via an upgrade kit. This technology enables short-range identification and is used in applications requiring traceability and data control, such as blood bag labels or ID wristbands.
Two HF RFID upgrade kits are available: one with manual media separation and one with an integrated cutting system. Both comply with ISO/IEC 15693, ISO/IEC 14443 Type A, and ISO/IEC 18092 standards and include features such as Encode During Print and Auto Calibration. The kits can be added to compatible standard printers without requiring equipment replacement.

TH DH Range Expansion:
The standard 4-inch printers in the TH series can now be integrated with UHF RFID technology via upgrade kits available in versions with manual separation or a cutting system. In addition, new models with LED displays are being introduced in both the 4-inch DH series and the 2-inch TH series, designed for labeling applications requiring basic configurations.
These additions expand the range of available configurations for the TH DH series, covering a wider variety of label printing applications across diverse operating environments.
