To support this development, Alliance has brought on board a new shareholder, the pan-European investment fund Waterland Private Equity. Waterland contributes its international acquisition and construction expertise to an ambitious international growth strategy.
Damien Rossignon, a company director in the electronics outsourcing industry for over 20 years, has been appointed president of Alliance Electronics: "We want to surround ourselves with companies that want to be part of this growth, and in this way we will create a federation. Each company will retain its DNA and contribute its energy and expertise."

The group is driven by its desire to unite players in the electronics sector and has chosen a name and visual identity that are both strong and symbolic. Alliance Electronics affirms the ambitions and evolving dynamics of the group's directors: the creation of a strong EMS partner group capable of supporting each other in transforming their businesses. Alliance provides financial strength, increased investment, and production capabilities.
"The outsourcing world is made up of numerous small, often isolated companies, and our business is local and collaborative; that's why it's crucial and urgent that we join forces to stand firm and face the current shortage with greater resilience," says Damien Rossignon, president of Alliance Electronics.

Altrics and Proto-Electronics join Alliance Electronics.
Altrics and Proto-Electronics are among the first companies to join Alliance Electronics. These two circuit board specialists, one focused on medium-volume production and the other on prototypes, will contribute their expertise to all the group's companies, including ATEMS.
To date, ten other European companies from France, Belgium, and Denmark are in talks to join the alliance.

Since 2013, Proto-Electronics has been able to demonstrate its expertise in integrating digitalization into its industry, making it easier for its customers to order their projects online.
"We are convinced that digital technology must benefit all players in the electronics industry, and we believe that our mission is to support manufacturers of all sizes in digitizing their operations and to share some resources that are currently inaccessible to companies due to their size," emphasizes Damien Rossignon.
Alliance Electronics plans to incorporate four more companies in 2022 and reach a turnover of more than 100 million euros.
