Integration of FabEagle MES into photovoltaic production lines
Ecoprogetti develops and implements automated production lines for manufacturing solar modules. Through this collaboration, its facilities will incorporate standardized data interfaces to facilitate connection with FabEagle MES, Kontron AIS's software for monitoring and managing manufacturing processes. The system enables production control, material tracking, machine and process data acquisition, report generation, and quality management. It also facilitates integration with enterprise IT systems, such as ERP platforms, providing a unified view of manufacturing operations.
Material traceability and quality control
FabEagle MES incorporates features specifically designed for the needs of photovoltaic module manufacturers. These include managing material batch releases and recording consumption, as well as tracking inspections and module reprocessing operations. The software also allows for the configuration and monitoring of automated palletizing processes and the collection of material and process data relevant to quality control.
The information obtained facilitates the monitoring of key production indicators (KPIs), in order to improve quality, line performance and equipment availability.
