This holiday season, the element14 community is highlighting its holiday wish lists for engineers and students. The STEM-inspired gift guide includes practical tools, kits, and resources to encourage learning and hands-on projects. Examples from last year's contest include an electronic elf, a miniature interactive Zen garden, and a motion-activated musical wreath. According to Andreea Teodorescu, Global Director of Product Marketing & element14 Community: "For our company, the holiday season is synonymous with creativity and connection.".
This contest offers our members the opportunity to share what the holiday season means to them, while showcasing their engineering skills in a fun and innovative way. To participate, they must submit their project description to the element14 community by January 11, 2026. Projects can be gift items, decorative elements, or holiday accessories, as long as they include electronic components and reflect the meaning of the festive season.
