Caruso joined EBV Italy as an Altera Applications Engineer in April 2002 and continued as an Altera Technical Sales Engineer from January 2007. He was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the Milan office in January 2008. In 2012, he assumed the role of General Sales Manager for Southwest Italy, consistently achieving excellent business results and demonstrating his leadership skills in a broader geographical context.

Caruso has a diploma as an electronics technician, a degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Turin, and an Executive MBA from the MIP Politecnico di Milano.
