The new agreement acknowledges the rapid shifts in customer component selection for new and existing designs following the pandemic, as well as the semiconductor shortage. Farnell has successfully distributed a small range of Toshiba's core products for many years. The enhanced portfolio will now focus on Toshiba's market-leading range of optocouplers, optical relays (MOSFETs), low- and high-voltage power MOSFETs, discrete IGBTs, small-signal diodes and transistors, voltage regulators, logic solutions, and motor control solutions.
