Among them are FCAS, the largest and most advanced European defense program; the iNM program, for the digitalization of the management of the European air navigation network; Startical, which, in collaboration with Enaire, plans to launch a constellation of 200 satellites to improve air traffic management; and other significant digitalization projects in areas such as sustainable mobility, space and new space, simulation, air traffic management, security, and defense.

In addition to recruiting recent graduates in engineering and science and technology, these projects require specialized professionals with experience in management or specific technologies, such as radar and radio frequency systems, electronics, and hardware engineering.

According to Indra's CEO, Ignacio Mataix, “Engineering the Future is our employer brand, which will allow us to communicate what we do and how we do it. It's a new way to connect the talent of the professionals who make up Indra with that of all those we want to join our project—and we hope there will be many. It will help us strengthen our identity as a team and highlight the value of technological engineering. Because at Indra, we want to change the world, but also to experience it and share it with others.”

The proposal translates into three key strategic pillars:

- Beyond State-of-the-Art Technology. Indra is committed to the most advanced technologies.
- Transforming Innovation. Indra is committed to innovation that transforms businesses, people, and society.
- Human Empowerment. Indra is committed to talent and professional and personal growth.

After its internal launch, the new "Engineering the Future" concept was officially launched at a unique virtual event on Twitch, which drew over 400 young people. These attendees learned about this value proposition from Indra experts, as well as the company's main challenges and projects.

To reach these young professionals and more experienced engineers, Indra has created a new website, https://indraempleo.aplygo.com/, featuring content where its professionals explain the company's most impactful projects for the coming years. The website also includes a podcast series where its technology experts and external experts discuss the advancements that technologies such as quantum communications, advanced radar systems, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, among many others, will bring.
