Atmosic's exceptional low-power SoCs support a wide range of applications, including industrial asset tracking solutions, sensors, medical and personal wearable devices, and automotive accessories.

Atmosic's ATM32x1 SoCs combine a Bluetooth 5-compatible radio with an Arm® Cortex® M0 application processor. These devices can operate using a variety of power sources, including RF, photovoltaics, thermoelectric generators (TEGs), and motion. The ATM32x1 devices also support innovative wake-up mechanisms that further reduce power consumption. The ATM22x1 Bluetooth 5 SoC offers many of the advanced power management features of the ATM32x1 but does not include power provisioning. These high-performance, low-power SoCs are designed to extend the battery life of IoT devices, as their low-load cycling allows IoT systems to operate longer without battery replacement. Both the ATM32x1 and ATM22x1 incorporate a 256K ROM, making them ideal for high-volume applications. They also feature an external Flash interface for applications requiring additional external Flash support.

The ATM3202 Bluetooth 5 SoC is an ultra-low-power solution in a 40-pin, 5 mm² QFN package. Featuring sophisticated power management and provisioning, the ATM3202 SoC delivers exceptional performance for home automation, remote control, and asset tracking applications. The ATM2202 Bluetooth 5 SoC features a fully integrated RF user interface and I2C, SPI, UART, PWM, and GPIO interfaces. It also incorporates a sensor hub, a random number generator (TRNG), and a digital microphone input (PDM). Both the ATM3202 and ATM2202 include integrated Flash memory, ideal for applications seeking the flexibility of Flash but with size limitations that preclude the use of external Flash memory.
