The Quantic Evans HyCap hybrid capacitors, already in stock at Mouser, are designed to provide reliable operation in a wide range of harsh environmental conditions, including shock and vibration. These devices are available in a capacitance range of 68 µF to 2700 µF with a tolerance of ±20%, and a voltage range of 10 VDC to 150 VDC. The robust design of the HyCap capacitor series makes them suitable for power, industrial, aerospace, and defense applications.
The TDD and TDE hybrid capacitors combine high capacitance and low ESR in a fully sealed tantalum package. The TDD series has a capacitance range of 1500 µF to 300,000 µF and a voltage rating of 10 to 125 VDC. The TDE series provides a capacitance range of 2200 to 25,000 µF with a voltage rating of 60 VDC to 110 VDC. The TDD and TDE series capacitors are ideal for high-power pulse applications, with excellent heat transfer and low inductance. The TDD and TDE series capacitors are ideal for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications where weight and volume are critical.
The THQA2 and THQM2 hybrid capacitors offer a voltage rating range of 10 to 125 V DC and a capacitance range of 215 to 10,000 μF. The THQA2 series features a 0.6" diameter round case, while the THQM2 series incorporates a THQA2 capacitor in a four-pin DAP mounting case. The THQA2 and THQM2 series capacitors are ideal for applications such as power, industrial, and communications.
