PEI-Genesis will operate Testco as a separate company and will continue to work with Testco as an authorized supplier partner. Jeff Meyer of Testco will remain as President to help grow and integrate its operations into PEI-Genesis. PEI will continue to support Testco's existing distributors and representative network.
