Premier Farnell expands its franchise with VCC to offer coverage in Europe
Premier Farnell has expanded its franchise agreement with VCC (Visual Communications Company) to Europe. This expansion means that customers in Europe will now have access to an enhanced portfolio of optoelectronic products, including VCC's offerings, through the Farnell element14.
VCC manufactures electronic components for lighting and offers lighting solutions for the aerospace, food service, transportation, transport, electromedicine, telecommunications and industrial markets.
Simon Meadmore, Global Head of Semiconductors at Premier Farnell, said: “We are delighted to extend the already strong franchise between VCC and Newark element14 to Farnell element14. VCC’s innovative product range will be available to Farnell element14’s broad design engineering customer base and further strengthens our optoelectronics product portfolio.”.
Deb Gray, Global Distribution Sales Manager at VCC, commented: “With our focus on the European market, it is a natural evolution to strengthen the relationship we have developed with Newark element14 in North America and to include Farnell element14 in Europe. VCC products are available in Farnell element14 in Europe and Newark element14 in North America.
