Reviewing the network's performance in 2021, Yasushi Miyake, Director of Yamaha Motor Europe's IM business branch, stated, "We have worked together to deliver innovative solutions and have achieved excellent results in return. By strengthening our support and continuing to build our market presence, we expect to continue growing next year."

Among the new initiatives unveiled during the meeting, a new online portal for agents accelerates solution integration and customer support by facilitating access to components and configuration information. Additionally, Yamaha's main industrial robot website offers further assistance in configuring, programming, and operating robots, and adds capabilities such as tracking.

Live-streamed demonstrations from Japan allowed agents to experience the latest technical advancements, including single-axis, SCARA, and LCMR200 robots in a battery assembly simulation. The LCMR200 transport module series now includes a horizontal circulation unit to increase performance and flexibility when using multiple lanes. This unit allows the LCMR200 trolleys to move easily between lanes for efficient, non-stop operation and enables the trolleys to be kept moving.

As the culmination of the event, the customary Yamaha Dealer Awards presentations recognized the top performers of 2021. Atti srl, a Yamaha dealer based in Milan, Italy, received the Most Valuable Dealer award. Robot Plus SL, from Madrid, Spain, received the Best Service Provider of the Year award. And Renex, serving Poland, Austria, the Balkans, and Romania, received the Special Achievement Award in recognition of its rapid and continuous customer base growth and training commitments.

"The commitment of all our dealers has been extremely strong this year," commented Jumpei Ninomiya, Sales Director for Yamaha's AF business. "The differences between the award winners were extremely close, and I want to thank everyone for their hard work and encourage us all to continue strengthening our businesses."
