The SU CULCN1.VC provides a typical radiant flux of 13.5 mW and a radiant efficiency of 2.4%.
The SU CULBN1.VC provides a typical radiant flux of 4.7 mW and a radiant efficiency of 2.6%.
The SU CULDN1.VC is the most powerful in the range, providing a typical radiant flux of 42 mW and a radiant efficiency of 2.1%.
All products feature a ceramic package with an integrated glass cover and are based on AlGaN flip-chip technology. The Lambertian emitter offers 120° radiation and a UV-C color of 275 nm.
