Thanks to the integration of Casambi technology in a compact format with a standard NEMA 7 (ANSI C136.41) socket, the CAS-NM-DMX represents a significant leap forward in lighting projects. With a quick-mount system using insertion and twist (Twist-Lock), it allows the node to be connected or replaced directly on the luminaire in seconds, without needing to open the housing or modify the internal wiring. By completely eliminating the need for physical DMX control lines and intermediate gateways, installers and integrators achieve a drastic reduction in installation costs and time.

Controlling the installation becomes exceptionally agile and intuitive thanks to the free Casambi app. From this wireless platform, technicians can group luminaires by zone, set dimming levels according to the time of night, and program special events or color scenes for specific dates. Communication between nodes is carried out via a Bluetooth-based mesh network, where each device stores the global configuration. This stable architecture allows for a range between controllers outdoors, with a direct line of sight and no obstacles, of up to 60 meters in balanced BLE4 networks, and can exceed 100 meters in long-range (BLE5 Long Range) networks.

Designed to withstand the demands of the harshest urban and industrial environments, the CAS-NM-DMX node features a polycarbonate enclosure with IP66 protection, IK09 impact resistance, and UV protection. It guarantees stable operation between -25°C and +45°C.
Various operating modes are available (on/off, 0-100% dimming, RGBW, dynamic white, dim to warm, circadian control, etc.).
Casambi's minimum transition time between scenes and animations is 1 second.
The CAS-NM-DMX is compatible with other devices from third-party manufacturers that also incorporate CASAMBI, and with CASAMBI Ready products such as luminaires, presence sensors, relays, actuators, pushbuttons, etc.
