Designed by our R&D department and manufactured entirely in Spain, the CBU-BLIND-2P is designed for managing AC roller shutter motors, allowing for easy integration of this type of automation within any Casambi-based control system. Its compact design and connectivity make it an ideal solution for homes, offices, or smart lighting and advanced home automation projects. The CBU-BLIND-2P features two phase-switched outputs (up/down) to control motors up to 2A (480VA at 240Vac), enabling control of AC-powered motors from 110 to 240Vac. Both outputs are mutually exclusive, ensuring that only one can be activated at a time, thus preventing potential damage to the motor. Furthermore, the device incorporates two independent push-button inputs (Casambi pushbuttons), allowing for traditional manual control while also enabling wireless management via the app.
Applications and compatibility
The CBU-BLIND-2P is specifically designed for controlling AC tubular motors used in roller shutters. These motors are designed to be operated via up and down pushbuttons using the Up (black) and Down (brown) wires. This controller is compatible with motors ranging from 35mm to 60mm in diameter, as well as standard 40mm, 50mm, or 60mm shafts, allowing for integration into a wide variety of motorized shutter systems. The device offers several Casambi operating profiles (Toggle, iToggle, Press, Pulse, among others), allowing the shutter's behavior to be adapted to the needs of each installation. Thanks to Casambi technology, control can be managed from mobile devices via the app, enabling automation, scenes, and remote control, providing greater convenience and efficiency in shutter management.
