The Lumileds LUXEON MultiColor 0.5W module integrates a 3-in-1 RGB LED into a standard 3535 PLCC6 package. The module provides reliable and flexible color options, allowing engineers to control each channel individually or all at once. It delivers high luminous intensity for red (1,000 mcd), green (2,300 mcd), and blue (500 mcd) light at a current of 20 mA, with typical forward voltages (Vf) of 2.1 V, 2.8 V, and 3.0 V, respectively.
Providing dominant wavelengths of 625 nm (red), 530 nm (green), and 478 nm (blue), the compact module features a matte black surface, a flat light-emitting surface, and an IPX8-rated design for a variety of lighting environments.
