The new CXA2 family of chip-on-board (COB) LEDs consists of multi-array integrated arrays that deliver high luminous output. With a long lifespan of up to 60,000 hours, these LEDs are 33% more efficient and come in the same package sizes as the previous generation of CXA devices, making them a seamless upgrade. The new range is based on Cree's SC5 Technology™ platform, which achieves higher performance and allows CXA2 LEDs to deliver the same power output with a smaller light-emitting surface area (LES). This makes CXA2 COB LEDs suitable for GU10 applications, recessed lighting, outdoor lighting, and high-ceiling lighting.
The XLamp XHP50.2 series of high-power white LEDs offers best-in-class luminous efficacy. Based on Cree's SC5 Technology™ platform, the second generation of XHP50 LEDs offers increased light output and lumens per watt while maintaining the compact 5 x 5 mm package of the original XHP50 LEDs. This allows for quick upgrades to existing XHP50 lighting projects and facilitates cost and system size reductions for innovative applications.
The Xlamp XHP35 LED series offers extreme performance for maximum power LEDs in a compact 3.5 mm form factor. Thanks to Cree's SC5 Technology™, the XHP35 LED delivers high luminous density in a compact 3.45 x 3.45 mm package. Available in high density or high intensity, the Xlamp XHP35 series is optimized for applications with new, cost-effective designs.
