This time, both the software interface and the product functionality have been updated to version R3.0.

1. TCP/IP Setup
The DLC-02 offers an RJ45 network input port compatible with the TCP communication protocol, as well as a USB input. Users can use the "DLC software" to examine and configure the parameters and effects of the DALI device, which is convenient for remote control. Wireless communication can be established with a wireless device when the DLC-02 and the computer are configured on the same network.

2. Offline Editing:
The DLC software can control up to 64 lamps and 16 input devices per DALI bus. Users can configure the parameters and effects of virtual objects outside the enclosure and create project files.

When installed on-site, by connecting to the DLC-02 via USB or TCP communication, the DALI address of the physical lamp and the input device of the virtual object can be easily paired using the "write configuration" operation. The previously created project file will then be deployed effortlessly.
As shown in the red box in the figure below, pair the "virtual lamp LED1" with the "color temperature lamp with DALI address 1".

3. Human-Centric Lighting.
Human-centric lighting is the art of creating lighting that mimics the natural light that drives our bodily functions, which can improve our performance, comfort, health, and well-being.
The Human-Centric Lighting option can be configured as follows:
Through time-based programming, the luminaires will adjust to the corresponding brightness and color temperature in different stages. The dimming response time offers interval options of 2, 10, or 30 minutes. For example, step 1 adjusts to 2000K; step 2 adjusts to 3000K. When the interval is 2 minutes, the color temperature adjusts to 33K.

4. Sensor Function Optimization:
The presence sensor and luminance sensor are now integrated. The luminance sensor can adjust the brightness level according to different needs with three modes: constant illumination, step-by-step dimming, and daylight following. The different curves are shown below.

5. Combined Output:
Lighting fixtures, groups, and relays can be integrated into the same combined output, and the brightness of each lamp can be adjusted individually. Using DT8 luminaires to adjust the brightness and color temperature of the scene, the start of the combined output can be controlled by a timer or a push-button switch.

6. Password
To prevent the system from being hacked, you can set the project password and the local password for DLC-02.
