Among its main features is a power input compatible with 5V, 12V, or 24V constant voltage power supplies, adapting to the specific needs of the connected LED load.
It also incorporates an input for a normally open (NO) dry contact push button, allowing manual control of the device's functions, and supports the DALI protocol, facilitating integration into larger lighting control systems and offering centralized management of multiple devices.
RUNNING-LIGHT can provide a maximum output current of 7A and features the following protections: overvoltage and undervoltage protection, reverse polarity protection, and an input fuse.
The device allows configuration of up to ten dynamic effects, including options such as "Static," "Fill," "Wave," "Rainbow," "Fire," "Horse Race," "Plasma," and "Random." These effects can be adjusted in terms of color, speed, direction, and pixel length using Dalcnet's LightApp mobile application, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, or using NFC-enabled smartphones.
Furthermore, multiple RUNNING-LIGHT devices can be connected in master/slave mode by connecting the local control (i.e., push button) and/or the remote control (i.e., DALI) to the dedicated terminals of the device to be used as the Master, and then wiring the Master's "BUS" signals to the "BUS" terminal on the Slave devices. This allows for easy expansion of the lighting system. Communication between devices is via an RS485 interface, using shielded 3-wire twisted-pair cable.
This controller is ideal for applications requiring dynamic and customized lighting, such as commercial installations, events, shop windows, and interior design projects seeking innovative and controlled lighting effects.
