Output voltages of 5 V, 9 V, and 12 V are available in series with a current of up to 0.5 A. A protection diode is integrated into the module to prevent damage from reverse currents during shutdown.
Thanks to its compact design (17.5 x 11.5 x 8.5 mm), the R-78W is also ideal for use in portable and battery-operated equipment. Due to the high efficiency of up to 96%, a heat sink is not required. This saves space and reduces assembly costs.
