More than 200 new solutions from Omron that offer a new way of designing control panels that take into account three aspects: new control panels, innovation in panel construction processes and simplification for users.
All products have been designed with a reduced footprint, allowing for savings of up to 50% of the original space required for the same control panel. The modules are designed with the same height, ensuring optimal airflow within the cabinet and maximizing cooling efficiency. Furthermore, these models can be mounted in parallel thanks to their lower energy consumption (generating less heat) at an ambient temperature of 55°C.
Thanks to Omron's Push-In Plus terminal technology, less time and money are required, potentially saving up to 60% on wiring time. This wiring solution is vibration-resistant and doesn't require readjustment, unlike screw-based terminals. The independently developed Push-In Plus technology cable entries in the terminal block are located at the front for easy cable insertion.
Omron's approach to designing control panels will be a game-changer in control panel development. Thanks to their similar dimensions and ease of application, designers and engineers will no longer have to contend with so many variables related to size, space, and heat dissipation, and the manufacturing process will be less complex.
Innovations in control panel design are typically applied to specific procedures or products, so when a company introduces a complete range that meets the exact needs of engineers and designers, the approach changes. This new range will redefine how control panels are designed and installed without sacrificing any of their features.
