This 40-foot ISO container is capable of achieving a power output of 4.92 MWAC, as it includes three 1,500 VDC central inverters, each capable of delivering up to 1,640 kW. This new series of higher-voltage DC photovoltaic inverters has been in full production for several weeks. This medium-voltage solution has been designed to maximize the compactness and competitiveness of the entire system, as it is supplied fully equipped: up to three photovoltaic inverters, medium-voltage switchgear, a medium-voltage transformer (with reduced losses), and an auxiliary services panel. This solution maximizes the accessibility of all power station components thanks to the use of weatherproof PV inverters and its innovative design that eliminates multiple walls. The transformer and PV inverter compartments are cooled by natural ventilation, while the medium-voltage switchgear and auxiliary services panel are installed in an IP55-rated enclosure, ensuring maximum protection. Furthermore, the power station can be equipped with a high-speed communications infrastructure via Ethernet or fiber optics to connect with plant control, monitoring, and/or SCADA systems, also supplied by Ingeteam. The INGECON SUN CON40 has been specially designed for transport by ship to any location worldwide. Its structure, capable of withstanding heavy loads, consists of a single welded steel block, ensuring exceptional strength and long-term durability. It is also delivered with all internal wiring pre-connected for immediate plug-and-play installation in the field. This new series in the Ingeteam Power Station family complies with the most demanding international grid codes and contributes to the quality and stability of the electrical system, thanks to its ability to withstand voltage dips, supply reactive power, and control injected active power.
