The 63200E series has a high power density (6kW @ 4U) to meet the green energy testing requirements for solar, hydrogen and fuel cell, and electric vehicle related products.
In addition to the basic CC, CR, CP, and CV modes, the 63200E series, used in the field of electric vehicle testing, also features a battery discharge mode to meet the discharge testing requirements of automotive battery packs. The 63200E series can record Wh and Ah during battery discharge. For DC power supplies and electric vehicle components, such as car chargers, D/D converters, fuel cells, fuses, switches, and wiring, etc., it offers models and functions that can be used for testing.
63200EYellowCarTo accommodate high-voltage car chargers (600 V or higher) and low-voltage D/D converters (150 V or lower), the 63200E DC loads are available in three operating voltages: 150 V, 600 V, and 1200 V. Each model offers three voltage and current settings and three measurement ranges. The maximum current output for a single load is up to 2000 A, with a power output of up to 24 kW. A maximum power output of up to 240 kW can be achieved by using multiple loads in parallel for more demanding power testing applications.
The 63200E DC loads also have a pulse current load function for testing fuses, switches, and wiring by setting the repeat time in the existing dynamic load mode.
The extremely bright VFD display adopted for the 63200E DC load allows users a clear view of the test results. Furthermore, depending on the desired power level, the DC loads are available in desktop or tower configurations. In the tower configuration, the operating panel tilts so users can easily view and operate the unit whether seated or standing. All models in the series are designed for a uniform width. Both desktop and tower models can be rack-mounted in a standard 41U rack to maximize space.
