The Hydro PTM+ 850W operates silently and passively cools up to 425W. Bitspower liquid cooling systems allow the Hydro PTM+ 850W to deliver up to 1000W of power if required. Otherwise, the intelligent fan will maintain its performance. Its cooling solution and design (using DC-DC modules) enable an efficiency of 92%. The liquid cooling capacitors utilize G1/4”/12mm connectors on both hard and soft tubing.
The design features a single 12V output with a DC-DC module for maximum efficiency and stability. This allows for 92% efficiency certification and 80 PLUS® Platinum certification. Overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheat protection provide safety and stability. Although rated for 850W, with liquid cooling enabled, the Hydro PTM+ 850W can deliver up to 1000W.
Integrated Bitspower Liquid Cooling:
The Hydro PTM+ 850W employs an advanced liquid cooling solution developed by Bitspower and integrated into the Hydro PTM+ 850W. Below a 425W load, no additional cooling is required. From 425W to 850W, a smart fan activates, reducing noise and providing optimal performance. Finally, when the liquid cooling solution is connected and activated, the output increases to 1000W.
