The PCR-M series of programmable AC and switched-mode power supplies covers power ratings from 500 to 4000 VA. They are characterized by their compact size and weight, with a 500 VA model weighing only 6 kg. This series can generate AC, DC, and DC-AC superimposed outputs, with frequencies up to 500 Hz. The power supply can be controlled locally, via analog signals (optional), or via communication (standard RS-232, and optional GPIB and USB).
The performance of the PCR-LE series linear power supplies ranges from 500VA to 27KVA for single-phase power supplies and up to 81 KVA for three-phase systems.
The linear amplifier capabilities of these power supplies allow them to generate frequencies up to 999.9 Hz. The power supply's response mode can be selected to protect equipment under test that may be sensitive to high inrush currents, while also achieving waveforms with very low distortion of only 0.2%. Furthermore, it is capable of handling up to 4x Irms at high current peaks with an excellent dynamic response of just 20 µs.
