ROHM's new power supply module for the Mini-Module Plus Development System, designed by Avnet, utilizes the BD95601MUV/BD95602MUV power supply ICs with H3 Reg™ technology. This ensures excellent high-speed response to meet the power tolerance and sequencing guidelines of Xilinx's 7-series FPGAs for precise power supply startup and voltage regulation, including eight different power supply voltages starting from 12V input. It not only boasts high-speed transient response capability but also achieves 95% high efficiency and can maintain high efficiency even under light load conditions with its pulse-hopping SLLM/QLLM mode.
