Utilizing Excelsys' innovative plug-and-play architecture, unprecedented flexibility allows users to instantly configure DC output settings in under 5 minutes.
The series boasts efficiencies exceeding 90%, a temperature range of -55 to 70°C to meet the demands of harsh operating environments, and is built to withstand extreme shock and vibration (certified to MIL-STD 810G Vibration Integrity Test). All configurations meet comprehensive safety standards, including UL60950 and EN60950, and are fully EMI compliant according to MIL-STD-461F. Other standard features include an input frequency of 47–440Hz; single and dual output models from 1.5V to 58V; a wide adjustment range; individual output control; all outputs isolated; series/parallel connection capability; and a standby power consumption of 5V/250mA.
The unique flexibility of the XF series simplifies system design integration by enabling instant configuration of both standard and non-standard output voltages. The XF delivers industry-leading performance in terms of efficiency and power density. It is based on the proven Excelsys Xgen certified platform, ensuring the highest levels of reliability even under extreme conditions. Building
on the proven reliability of the Xgen series, Excelsys Technologies now incorporates this same high performance into a modular, configurable power supply, expanding the range of environmental and operating conditions in which this platform can be used.
With the introduction of the XF series, users can operate at temperatures as low as -55°C and incorporate a design specifically engineered to meet the stringent vibration requirements of MIL-STD 810G, along with rigorous testing such as MIL-STD 46IF, MIL-STD 1399 Section 300 Type 1, and MIL-STD 704F.
Since its launch, unparalleled design standards have been achieved across a wide range of applications, including testing and measurement, communications, fixed and mobile radar, and military electronics. The XF series of Xgen power supplies is designed to meet the demands of harsh operating environments, reinforced to withstand extreme shock and vibration, and certified to MIL-STD 810G standards.
