Mornsun, distributed by Mecter, has launched a new CTD-CAN series automotive CAN transceiver module. From design and verification to production processes, the CTD-CAN series fully complies with IATF16949 system requirements and meets AEC-Q100 standards.
Featuring a compact design, high-reliability SMD package, and efficient production, the new CTD-CAN series utilizes integrated IC technology to combine power isolation, signal isolation, CAN transceiver functionality, and bus protection into a single module. This effectively resolves bus interference and abnormal communication issues within a compact SMD package.
Applications:
Widely used in automotive electronics applications, automotive peripherals, instrumentation, communications, grid or systems, etc.
Characteristics:
● Complies with AEC-Q100 automotive standards.
● The production process complies with the IATF16949 standard.
● Operating ambient temperature range: -40°C to +105°C.
● Integrated insulation and ESD protection in a single module.
● Isolation: Two-port isolation: 2500 VDC (input and output are mutually isolated).
● Transmission speed of up to 1Mbps.
● Power supply, Vin 3.3V or 5VDC.
● EN62368 approval. ● Connects up to 110 nodes on a bus.
● Compact SMD encapsulation of 17.00x12.14x9.45mm.
A single CAN bus network allows you to connect up to 110 isolated single-channel TD_CAN transceiver modules.
