Compliant with EN4165 specifications, Optimus connectors are highly versatile. Their modular construction allows designers to specify the design they require. The connectors can be configured with size 22 signal contacts rated at 5A or with size 8 power contacts rated at 60A. 90° PCB mounting versions are also available. The devices are waterproof and offer EMI protection.

The new Optimus EN6145 connectors can withstand 500 mating and unmating cycles according to EN2591-406. The devices also meet the shock and vibration requirements of EN2591-402/403 and have an operating temperature range of -55 to +175°C. The connectors provide excellent EMI shielding and withstand 10 times the 10kA, 1600V lightning strike.
