These regulators provide an output current of 150 mA, support input voltages up to 30 V, and are available in fixed output versions between 2.1 V and 12 V, with an accuracy of ±1%.
HT75Rxx-7: Advanced Protection for Demanding Applications
. The HT75Rxx-7 series maintains the advantages of low power consumption and a wide input range, but also incorporates a comprehensive system of integrated protections:
• Overcurrent protection.
• Overtemperature protection.
• Fast output discharge function.
With a typical quiescent current consumption of only 2.5 μA, this series is available in output voltages between 3.0 V and 12 V, with an accuracy of ±2% and an output current of 150 mA. The series also includes an independent enable control pin (CE) that allows the quiescent current to be reduced to 0.1 μA. These features make it the right choice for applications where system reliability and safety are critical.

These new devices feature optimized transient response capabilities to ensure stable system operation even under fluctuating input voltage or load conditions. Both series employ CMOS technology and an integrated soft-start function that regulates the output response speed, preventing oscillations—primarily voltage spikes—during power-up. Their low dropout voltage and compatibility with 1 µF ceramic capacitors guarantee robust regulation in compact designs.
These new LDO series are suitable for a wide range of portable products and other applications requiring high output voltage accuracy, such as battery-powered equipment, communication equipment, audio/video equipment, LED circuits, dual voltage supplies, and more.
Both series are available in SOT89-3 and SOT23-5 packages.
