Designed in SIP3 format, their pinout is compatible with the classic LM78XX but they have a much higher input range (9-72VDC) and a high efficiency of up to 94%.
The HSRP6 and HSR01 series can provide output currents of up to 0.6A and 1A respectively, with low ripple. They are encapsulated and support a wide operating temperature range: -40°C to 105°C (with derating). Their small size makes this regulator suitable for a wide variety of applications, including automotive, industrial, measurement, and telecommunications.
