The MUSBR series offers robust construction and an IP67 protection rating, ideal for harsh environments. Furthermore, the connectors support high-speed data transmission rates of up to 10 Gbit/s with up to 100 W of power.
The connectors are available with 90° angled and vertical soldered terminals, simplifying design for engineers. Their compact design also makes them small enough for use in mobile phones and robust enough for use in laptops and tablets.
RS also offers Amphenol's MUSBR series USB dust caps, which are heat-resistant and compatible with the same series of connectors. They provide additional protection, preventing water and dust ingress when the connectors are not in use. They feature a nickel-plated brass bushing with a 2.57 mm diameter mounting hole. Available in black and gray.
