The Bonfiglioli 705XT is a two-stage reduction gearbox with a fully integrated hydraulic swashplate motor and parking brake, ensuring maximum efficiency and compact dimensions. The optimized integration of all components allows machine manufacturers to benefit from a simplified, compact, and cost-effective installation.
The reducer, which provides an output torque of up to 17,000 Nm, integrates the Th68 axial piston motor designed for a continuous pressure of 450 bar, a maximum oil flow of 160 l/min and (designed with a zero displacement capability) can go above the 2:1 displacement ratio which is normally seen as a limiting factor.
Other features of the 705XT drive units are two-position hydraulic displacement control, or alternatively, constantly varying electric proportional displacement control and an integrated speed sensor.
