It measures only 6.5 mm x 12.8 mm x 5.8 mm and incorporates insert-molded terminals and a unique spring-loaded locking mechanism. This mechanism is constructed with two high-precision split springs to ensure a long and reliable operating life.
The D2F microswitch has a working voltage of 125 Vac at 3A and 30 Vdc at 2 A, an insulation resistance of 100 MW and a working temperature range of -25 ºC to 85 ºC.
It is compatible with a wide variety of terminals and configurations, including self-clamping to PCBs, right- and left-angled terminals, and solder terminals. For high-volume applications, the actuating lever, lead wire, terminals, and housing can be custom-supplied to meet specific customer requirements. The D2F product family is RoHS compliant.
