Würth Elektronik iBE, a subsidiary of Würth Elektronik eiSos, presents a new SMT inductor. The WE-FLAT-I® is a Flat Wire Power inductance component, suitable for pick and place and reflow applications, featuring low DC resistance, high current rating, and a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C.
The particularly narrow side clearance reduces the dispersion field. Thanks to its flat and compact design, this component offers excellent flatness and three-point mounting on the printed circuit board.
The component is manufactured according to ISO/TS 16949, meets AEC-Q 200 specifications, and can be automatically assembled for applications such as Buck Converter, Boost Converter, Flyback Converter, and EMC filters.
