The ADAQ23876 features a low-noise, fully differential (FDA) ADC, a stable reference buffer, and a high-speed, 16-bit, 15 MSPS successive approximation register (SAR). It also incorporates essential passive components with superior adaptive and biasing characteristics. This data acquisition ADC/DAC includes a serial low-voltage differential signaling digital (LVDS) interface with single- or dual-line output modes. Housed in a compact 9 mm x 9 mm BGA package, it enables smaller design applications without sacrificing performance. Typical applications include automated test equipment, data acquisition, hardware in-the-loop (HiL), power analyzers, and non-destructive testing (acoustic emissions).
