The 28 Click Stepper Driver integrates low-on-resistance DMOSFET output transistors. It supports motor supply voltages from 8.2 V to 44 V and provides an output current of up to 2.7 A, while incorporating technologies such as Advanced Current Sensing System (ACDS) for resistorless current sensing and Advanced Dynamic Mixed Decay (ADMD) for optimized current regulation. The driver board supports full-step resolution down to 1/32 steps to reduce motor noise and provide smoother control, along with various fault detection indicators.
Stepper 28 Click is compatible with the mikroBUS socket and can be used on any host system that supports the mikroBUS™ standard. It comes with the open-source mikroSDK libraries, which offer flexibility for evaluation and customization.
To enable the connection of hundreds of Click boards to the microcontroller or microprocessor, the mikroBUS uniform connection interface allows designers to connect any Click board to a main board instantly.
