The GigaDevice GD32VF103 is a 32-bit general-purpose microcontroller incorporating a 32-bit RISC-V processor core operating at 108 MHz with wait-free Flash access for maximum efficiency. It offers up to 128 KB of on-chip Flash memory and 32 KB of SRAM. A wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals connect to two APB buses. The device offers up to two 12-bit ADCs, two 12-bit DACs, four 16-bit general timers, two basic timers plus one advanced PWM timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to three SPI, two I2C, three USART, two UART, two I2S, two CAN, and one USBFS. The RISC-V processor core is also tightly coupled with an Enhancement Core Local Interrupt Controller (ECLIC), a SysTick timer, and advanced debugging support.
