By expanding its PXI portfolio, ADLINK continues to address the need for modular, synchronized, and production-ready test and measurement solutions.
“Modern automated test systems require both measurement-level accuracy and system-level scalability,” said Andy Tseng, Senior Manager of the Product Division at ADLINK Technology. “With the PXIe-9908 and PXES-2596, we enable customers to build flexible PXI platforms that scale efficiently from validation to high-volume production.”
The PXIe-9908 is an 8-channel, four-quadrant Source and Measurement Unit (SMU) designed for the accurate generation and measurement of voltage and current in device characterization, integrated circuit (IC) testing, and reliability validation. With a refresh rate of up to 100 kS/s and 1 M sample/s, it enables fast measurements, while its high accuracy allows for the precise detection of low-level signals, making it an ideal solution for advanced semiconductor and low-power electronics testing.
The PXES-2596 PXI Express chassis offers a compact 9- or 12-slot platform with a high-bandwidth PXI Express Gen3 backplane, ensuring reliable data throughput in multi-module test setups. In addition to the standard chassis version, a backplane-only option is also available, which includes pre-installed heatsinks, integrated thermal sensors, and fan curve support, facilitating integration into customer-designed systems. Its flexibility makes it ideal for ODM manufacturers and system integrators requiring customized mechanical and thermal solutions.
ADLINK helps simplify system integration while improving measurement accuracy, timing, and overall test efficiency. The new platforms reflect the company's ongoing commitment to developing flexible and customizable PXI solutions that accelerate test development cycles and meet evolving requirements in semiconductor and industrial test environments.
The PXIe-9908 SMU and PXES-2596 PXI Express chassis are now available.
