Whether for data servers, mobile data centers, or virtual machine building, the PowerPC-based G52A fully utilizes the capabilities of the QorIQ processor, featuring 10 Gb Ethernet via two M12 connectors on the front and PCIe 3.0 with four lanes on the rear panel. It comes standard with 12 cores and speeds up to 1.8 GHz, but can also be equipped with other multi-core CPUs from the T4x family, offering either four or eight cores.
Furthermore, three separate banks in the DDR3 RAM allow for a remarkable volume of data from the CPU memory, making the G52A the perfect centerpiece for high-volume data networking systems.
Security features are implemented using ECC for RAM storage, a board management controller, and a control body for the operating system.
While the G52A is ready for conformal coating and can be fitted with a heat sink and integrated into a conduction cooling rack, all components are firmly welded by default and guaranteed with shock and vibration resistance.
