Designed to operate between -20°C and 60°C, this DIN rail controller features TPM 2.0 for enhanced reliability and security. It includes advanced features such as port isolation, NVMe SSD storage and RAID support, and software-configurable low-latency response for real-time industrial processes.
Support for a wide range of I/O is provided, including three GbE ports, three USB 3.2 ports, one USB 2.0 port, and four COM ports, as well as two DisplayPort outputs. This DIN rail controller also supports a full-size mini PCIe slot, two M.2 M Key slots, one M.2 E Key slot, and a nano SIM card slot for easy expansion.
The UNO-148 V2 can be integrated with the UNO-MXM-CB01, a carrier stack that supports embedded MXM GPU modules based on NVIDIA RTX™ technology. This configuration is compatible with MXM 3.1 Type A format GPU modules with up to 35W power, such as the following Advantech MXM GPU options: the SKY-MXM-2000A based on NVIDIA's RTX 2000 Series GPU and the SKY-MXM-A1000 based on NVIDIA's RTX A1000 Ampere GPU. These embedded MXM GPU options support between 4 and 8GB of GDDR6 memory and offer a longer product lifespan of over five years. The UNO-MXM-CB01 provides four independent outputs for real-time data processing and image analysis. It also features a self-contained heatsink and fan.
The UNO-148 V2 optimizes industrial processes and factory control through a comprehensive feature set and low-latency control. Thanks to its MXM extension, it is ideal for edge AI applications that visualize real-time data across multiple screens, such as those installed in control rooms and flight information systems at airports. It is suitable for the manufacturing sector, particularly for image collection and analysis, and for enabling advanced passenger flow management and traffic control in transportation hubs.
