Thanks to its compact dimensions, the PSENrope mini takes up very little space in the application. It features a cable up to 30 meters long, so in many cases, depending on the length of the conveyor belt, a single switch may be sufficient to ensure protection. The mechanical emergency stop function can be activated with the integrated emergency stop button or from any other point by pulling the cable.
They are equipped with a robust IP67-rated housing, available in metal or plastic. These switches are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, with ambient temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +75 °C.
Furthermore, various versions are available, with straight and angled heads, allowing for flexible and easy system mounting in different installation configurations. In addition to the emergency stop options, there are also versions with an integrated reset button. These models can be mounted under the panel in the application without disrupting the machine's design.
