The survey, which takes no more than 5 minutes, is conducted in all countries across the EMEA region to measure customer satisfaction levels by country and customer type. Listening to customer feedback is essential for a better understanding of how local markets operate and, at the same time, facilitates the local planning of more appropriate actions to increase customer satisfaction, based on the responses received. In fact, the results of last year's survey helped implement improvements that provide customers with the highest quality not only in the product itself, but also in all aspects of the sales process, from logistical communication and sales support to ongoing technical assistance.
This year, Eaton has also launched a new survey for its distributors. With the same objective as the customer survey, Eaton wants to understand its distributors' perspectives to better adapt to their needs.
For Eaton, massive participation will be key to success in continuing its commitment to providing comprehensive and higher-quality customer service.
