Printing and application are performed in a single automated process step. With the new system, different cross-section ranges are identified quickly using wrap-around cable labels, heat-shrink sleeves, or an innovative endless-format marker. The markers are labeled on the printer, and then the applicator automatically mounts them onto conductors and cables.
In combination with the ergonomic clipx Wire assist worker assistance system, this efficiency in conductor preparation is further enhanced. The flexible, ergonomic workstation, supported by software, guides you through the semi-automatic conductor preparation and wiring process, monitors the relevant output devices, and provides the necessary information based on CAE data.
