Merit Sensor Systems solutions incorporate the company's patented Sentium® technology to provide an excellent operating temperature range and the stability required for medical, aerospace, and industrial applications. This agreement adds Merit's microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) pressure sensors to Mouser's growing line of inertial and environmental MEMS sensors.
Merit Sensor Systems' product range includes the LP series pressure sensors for ultra-low sensing applications, the MS series for surface mounting for medium and low pressure applications, and the TR series of pressure transducers and MeriTREK evaluation kits for high-volume applications in harsh environments.
The LP series sensors are available in uncompensated and compensated analog models, as well as compensated digital output models, and feature 0.15 psi differential or gauge (psid or psig) across an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius. The MS series sensors are surface-mount, uncompensated pressure monitoring devices available with a ceramic cap or chimney-type housing and with an optional gel cover. These sensors offer 15 to 500 psia and 5 to 100 psig over an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius.
The TR Series pressure transducers are fully compensated, amplified output pressure sensor packages designed for harsh air, liquid, and gas environments across a wide temperature range (-40 to 150 degrees Celsius). TR Series transducers require no external components for proper operation in a variety of industrial, automotive, and healthcare applications. Mouser Electronics is also supplying the MeriTREK evaluation kit, which provides a test platform for the included 100 psia TR Series transducer.
