Under this agreement, Mouser will offer customers Navitas' GaNFast™ and GaNSense™ range of power ICs, as well as the GeneSiC™ range of power MOSFETs and SiC diodes. These highly efficient semiconductors enable high-frequency performance for applications such as electric vehicles, fast-charging devices, consumer electronics, alternative energy, and industrial solutions.
