Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Kapsch Carrier Com for more than 10 years, where he played a prominent role in the restructuring and integration into the Kontron Group.

Bernd Eder lives with his family in Vienna. He is a professor at the Carinthian University of Applied Sciences, a member of the Carinthian mountain rescue team, and an ambitious endurance athlete. As an avid cyclist, he covers many distances by bike. Contributing to environmental protection and sustainability by improving public and rail transport is a top priority for this public transport enthusiast.

Bernd Eder manages the combination of traditional management skills to stabilize companies, as well as the use of innovative strategies for international corporate growth.
