RS Group acquired Needlers (Needlers Limited) and Liscombe (John Liscombe Limited) in 2020 and 2021 respectively. Needlers largely serves the food processing industry with its PPE and hygiene products, and Liscombe operates in industrial sectors where safety and personal protection are paramount.

The integration of the two companies into RS Safety Solutions will allow them to leverage their respective strengths to serve customers in the industrial and food processing markets, and meet their needs for PPE and safety and hygiene equipment.
