The Schneider Electric Training Institute (ISEF), the organization that has promoted the initiative, is the company's main tool for technical training and technological dissemination for both its customers and the educational community.
ISEF continues to be deeply involved with the educational community. Following its Corporate Social Responsibility policy, it has facilitated access to specialized education in the technology and solutions that the market demands, establishing numerous collaboration agreements and various course delivery methods over the past 30 years. In addition to in-person courses, ISEF has recently expanded its offerings with five online courses, accessible to students through a digital platform.
The University of León (ULE) is a Spanish public university founded in 1979, with its main campus in León and another in Ponferrada. In recent years, it has signed important collaboration agreements, most notably with the University of Washington, which has allowed the latter to establish its second campus dedicated to Spanish language learning in the city.
The University of León, recognized by both its teachers and famous students, will create opportunities for students who want to pursue any of the 10 courses offered by ISEF within future projects that both entities may carry out jointly.
Andreas Richter will replace Eugen Elmiger as CEO of the maxon Group in March 2027
The maxon Group will make a change in its executive leadership in March 2027. Eugen Elmiger will step down as CEO after 15 years at the helm of the company and will be replaced by Andreas Richter, currently Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Deputy CEO.
