Mouser anticipates that key drivers of 2023, such as 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, robotics, electric vehicles (EVs), and applications for industrial, transportation, communications, and data sectors, will continue to accelerate global consumption and demand for semiconductors and electronic components.

“Supply chains continue to improve, and inventory is a critical element in controlling this year’s growth,” said Mark Burr-Lonnon, senior vice president of global service, EMEA and APAC business. “Thanks to our unique business model, we have a strong position and $1.6 billion in inventory.”.

Although industry forecasts point to some market stabilization compared to the surge of recent years, Mouser expects a strong year. Revenue is projected to increase by approximately 5-10% in the EMEA region, driven not only by sales but also by new additions to the product portfolio, expanded facilities, and the addition of over 1,200 manufacturing partners. Furthermore, Mouser continues to invest in its commitment to providing best-in-class customer service with its 10 Customer Service Centers across the EMEA region, employing more than 250 people.

In 2022, Mouser's EMEA market saw a 30.4% increase in sales, while total global revenue grew by 25%. Key regions included:
● 36.9% revenue growth in Germany.
● 41.8% revenue growth in the UK.
● 33.2% revenue growth in France.
● 22% revenue growth in Italy.

In recent years, to accommodate growth, Mouser has expanded its distribution operations, including investing in an AutoStore. It has also installed 138 vertical lift modules (VLMs), the largest such installation worldwide, to streamline order processing at its headquarters and global distribution center in Texas (USA).
